Nick was born and raised in Gilbert, AZ and attended Gilbert High School. He then attended Mesa Community College and Pima Medial Institute for physical therapy. Nick’s knowledge of the Valley of the Sun is one of his most valuable assets in a city full of transplants in a rapidly changing real estate market.

Nick grew up in a family who is in the construction industry. This led him to his passion for the housing market and a career in Real Estate. The knowledge of the construction industry gives Nick an advantage with both listing properties as well as working with buyers. He not only has a vision of what the property could be, but he knows which walls are load bearing, how much new counter tops would cost, etc. This asset can help a Seller know what items are worth completing and helps a Buyer know the potential of their investment.

The constant hurdles, objections, and negotiations are a few of the major aspects of the industry that Nick loves! He strives for perfection in all aspects of his life and takes pride in creating and maintaining long lasting relationships with his clients.

In his free time, Nick enjoys hiking with his wife and son the beautiful Arizona mountains, listening to live music and spending time with his family.
